This blog contains the digital workbooks of students at Montclair State University. In fall, it was dedicated to "ARIL-360: Motion, Light, Texture, Mapping", and in spring to "ARIL-421: Advanced Animation and Illustartion Arts".
I have since moved on to Monmouth University, where my students post to this blog

Did Simon think it was worth it in the end?
Great images. Will force you to actually create all the assets needed for the full 421 animation as well :)
Most have really clear lighting, especially Shot+1. I miss that a bit in Shot+5 (using the names from the linked files)
The one that you called shot+3 is not quite clear to me. What is happening there, is that a big bottle in the foreground?
That one is where he is selecting a bottle of wine from the group. The camera is going to be positioned on one of the shelves next to the bottles of wine so that the viewer sees Simon select wine. It isn't drawn too clearly unfortunately.
And yes John! It was a fun adventure.
