Wow! This is looking great so far! I like that you added the vine decoration on the ceiling, because initially I thought it was just a pipe in the basement.
I thought it was a sprinkler system at first.
Yes, great progress. Maybe you should try to place a camera and really block the animation to see if the environment allows you to make the shots you need. Being a wine cellar, these are rather close quarters with not much room to place a camera. In film it is not uncommon to temporarily remove a wall to make room for the camera and -crew, you could consider doing the same. Although in the virtual world you do not actually need to move it, you can just turn off its (primary?) visibility.
