As expected, a bit uncanny, but I think that the Hatter is supposed to make the viewer feel a little uneasy, right?
The animation feels a bit too soft, too fluid in places. I think he will come across stronger if there is some jerkiness in his movement, like a little twitch around the mouth, some sudden changes in expression.
Oh no, I agree completely, this was just a test I threw together expanding on the short bit I did in class. I hope you downloaded the videos to see the rig in action and to get the full res vid
